hey nb people, particularly those of y'all who also aren’t impacted by transmisogyny: stop celebrating republicans using a gender neutral term to avoid properly gendering a trans woman. this is not a win for us, they don’t respect us or care about our identity, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, it’s an act of transmisogyny and transmisogyny isn’t acceptable or progressive, even if it “"helps”“ nb people. we need to do better for trans women in our community.
